With 20 years of construction experience, Frank's Insulated Concrete Forms & Building Systems incorporated in 2002.

Originally Specializing in Insulated Concrete Form Construction, mainly building Super Energy Efficient ICF Homes & Foundations, Frank noticed that many of the foundations he built were for Modular Homes.  At that point, Frank researched locally built Modular Homes and now sells Modular Homes for Manorwood, Pleasant Valley and Signature Homes.  

Frank Turkdal is a hands on Contractor, working every aspect of your project from start to finish. He is involved with his customers to help them with developing and advising them throughout every stage of their plans.

Frank's Insulated Concrete Forms & Building Systems, Inc. belongs to the National Home Builders Association, The Pennsylvania Home Builders Association, The Pocono Builders Association, The Lehigh Valley Builders Association and the Insulated Concrete Form Association.

Frank's ICFs & Building Systems, Inc is fully insured and will provide references upon request.

Frank's Insulated Concrete Forms & Building Systems, Inc. is a distributor and installer/builder of AMVIC Insulated Concrete Forms. Our services include sales of building products and assisting our clients as long as they need us. Also, we will work as a subcontractor for you.
